What services are available for shippers?
We provide full truckload services for both long and short-haul. We offer closed body trucks, with sizes ranging from 7 to 32 ft to accomodate your varied capacity requirements. We offer dedicated account managers, and a 24/7 dedicated customer support from our operation specialists.
We have automated status emails to provide you an end to end visibility of your shipments. Also, upon delivery, you will receive an electronic POD within 24 hours.
Where can I ship?
We offer coverage across more than 3.9K lanes across the country. We ship inbound to Amazon, to your own facilities, and to third-party facilities, all with the highest standards for reliability and performance. What are the advantages of booking my Amazon Inbound Load with Amazon Freight?
Amazon Freight allows for a seamless appointment adjustment for any inbound loads to our facility, with options like merging or rescheduling. What can I ship?
We currently support most commodities that can be shipped on 7-32 ft closed body trucks for live pickup and live delivery. We currently do not support shipping hazardous materials (HAZMAT), and other prohibited goods. How can I monitor my shipments?
Our system generates automated status mails for you to track the status of pickups and delivery for your shipments. Upon delivery, you will receive an electronic POD within 24 hours. We have 24*7 hotline support to resolve any queries about your in-transit shipments.
How do you select carrier partners?
All carriers in our network must meet our compliance standards, background verification and safety. We hold our carriers to the same high standard, whether they are shipping our freight or yours, and consistently monitor delivery time records. We are continuously adding carriers to our network to be able to offer you great rates and expanded coverage.
How do I book my first load?
Once you get onboarded on our systems, your Account Manager will share an order creation template with you. Whenever you want to place an order, you can fill this template and share the same with our designated booking support email id. Our operation specialist will create the order in our systems. Upon successful order creation, you will receive the order details in an automated status email.
How far in advance do I need to book a load?
Schedule loads with us from 12 hours to 14 days in advance.
What are you doing to promote sustainability?
We aim to optimise our network so as to reduce empty miles. Amazon Freight is a contributor to Amazon’s Climate Pledge and commitment to be net carbon zero by 2040.
